My order was not ready when they said it would be. They did not say you had to go to the window and pick it up. I waited about 15 min in my car then asked inside where my order was. Was directed to a window outside. Then I got my order and my mistake I did not check it. I did not realize that my order of a dozen rolls was not there.

They told me to expect a call from the one person who knew how to do this the next day. I waited and called again during the hours they said the person would be there with no luck. I have called repeatedly and have been told I would get a call back, but I still haven’t heard from them or received a refund. I would appreciate someone contacting me about this issue. After using the app successfully numerous times, I had the misfortune of having it send my order to a completely different state. I was charged for the order and did not realize what happened until waiting to pick up my order at our local Texas Roadhouse. The restaurant actually helped figure out the issue. I had to place a new order and pay again as the refund needed to come from the restaurant that received the order and payment. I called the other restaurant to cancel the order, but no one there knew how to refund my money.
